All the ingredients mentioned below for 5 cups of ganji
Ingredients :-
For Ganji powder :
Rice - 1 cup
moong dal - 1/2 cup
Preparation :
Oil - 2 tbsp
Clove - 3 r 4
Cinnamon - 1/4 inch
sliced onions - 2
Green chilli - 2 r 3
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Tomatoes - 2
Curry leaves - few
Mint and coriander leaves - few
salt - 2 & 1/2 tbsp
Water - 10 glass
Prepared ganji powder - 1 & 1/2 cup
