Anjeer Delight

Required ingredients are:
Sugar-----6 teaspoons
Boiled milk--- 1 cup
Ghee--1 tablespoon
Dried (Anjeer)  fig easily available in market--10
Sesame seeds --- 2 tablespoons
Pistachio --- 3 tablespoons
Poppy seeds--- 2 tablespoons

Method :
Take a cup of boiled milk into a bowl
And then add dried anjeer into it,
Let it soak for overnight
Now, same with pistachios, soak them in water and let it soak for overnight.
Now take the soaked anjeer into a mixture,
And now add 6 spoons of sugar into it.
I have taken only 6 spoons of sugar,
because anjeer is a natural sweetening agent
So u should balance the sweet to avoid the more sweetness.
Now, Make a fine paste of the ingredients

Take a nonstick pan, add sesame seeds into it.
keep on Stirring till the color of sesame seeds changes to light brown.

take them into a plate
in the same pan add poppy seeds,
keep on stirring till the color of poppy seeds changes to light brown.
take them into a plate
if want u can do at the same time but I have done separately.

now add a spoon of Ghee into the nonstick pan,
once Ghee gets heated add paste of milk anjeer and sugar into it.
Keep on stirring
Keep on stirring because the mixture should not form it to lumps.

When the ghee mixed well with the mixture off the stove
And take it into a plate
And let it cool for some time

For stuffing:
Sugar powder-- 2 teaspoon
skin peeled pistachios
 milk powder---- 2 teaspoon

In the same pan with ghee add pistachios
Let the get fried till the color changes to light brown.

Now take the pistachios into the mixture and crush them,
into the crushed pistachios add milk powder, sugar powder

now, mix well

Process for rolls:
Take some anjeer mixture
And put some pistachio mixture
Now, make mold of it, Like a roll
And now coat the roll in sesame and poppy seeds

Anjeer delight is ready!!!

 Home Made Protein Powder




Required ingredients are  :
 Fresh Melted Ghee --500gms
Sugar --250gms
Semolina (Bombay Rava 250gms)
Raisin Dried Grapes ( Kishamish 50gms)
Almonds and Pistachios (each 50gms)
(These I have soaked some hours before and skin peeled )
Cashew Nuts(50gms)
Gondh ( Tree Gum eatable 100gms)
Almonds and Pistachios chopped in to small pieces
Cashew Nuts chopped in to small pieces
Preparation
Take a pan and add ghee into it
Once ghee is heated, add chopped Cashew Nuts into the ghee
Fry them till the color changes to light brown, take them aside
And in the same ghee fry remaining ingredients one by one and take them aside
Now take pan add ghee into it and add Semolina and roast it,
Now add that in to the remaining fried  ingredients and mix well
Now
Once the fried gondh is cooled grind it..
Now add that powder  and mix well.
 And now add sugar and mix well
That’s it home made protein powder id ready.

Massh Ke Laddu || Sunnundalu || Urad Dal Ladoo



Required ingredients are  :
Mash Ki  Dal || Urad Dal || Black gram dal 300grms
Sugar 250grms
Cardamom (ilaayachee) (3-4)
Ghee (melted)
With out, any delay come on start the preparation for Maash Ke Laddu
Take anon stick pan and add mash ki dal into it,
Roast it until its color changes lightly.
Once roasted take it aside and let it cool for some time.
When it gets cool add sugar and Cardamom into it.
And mix well.
And now I have taken it into the mixer grinder to make the powder.
The powder will be like this.
Now
Add the melted ghee into the powder and mix well.
Now make a round mold like a small ball.
Ghee helps in binding the powder and can easily make the round mold.
Here we go Maash Ke Laddu is ready.
